DAY1 : Marrakech / Imlil
Upon arrival to Marrakech, we will transfer you to the little village of Imlil. Here we will be able to explore the area and spend the night in a local gite.

DAY2 : Imlil / Toubkal Refuge
Today we begin our trek by heading to the Mizane Valley. We first pass Armed village and then onto the shrine of Sidi Chamarouch, we ‘ll hike east crossing the flood plains & the route will take us along mule tracks up to the high rocky cliffs above the valley. After crossing the river we eventually will come to the pastoral shrine of Sidi Chamarouch, which attracts tourists and pilgrims from all over the world. From here the trail continues to climb steadily, snaking and zigzagging its way up to the snowline and the Toukbal Refuge (3206m) where we will stop for the overnight.Approx walking duration is 4 to 5 hours.

DAY3 : Toubkal Summit / Imlil / Marrakech
Early in the morning we’ll make our way to the mountain to attempt the Jebel Toukbal summit. Our route will take us up the south cirque, crossing the stream above the refuge. The walking is relatively straightforward, but the scree and the altitude can present problems if not handled carefully. The views along the way though will be simpy stunning.

Upon reaching the Toubkal summit, we will see the amazing panorama possible only from the top of a mountain. From here there are unrestricted views in every direction, from Marrakesh Plain to the High Atlas in the north and to the Anti-Atlas and the Sahara in the south.

When we’ve rested, we can retrace our steps and trek down the mountain and head back towards Imlil before transferring back to Marrakech.Approx walking duration is 9 hours.
